QPR: CALIENDO CHIEDE INTERVENTO ALLA FEDERAZIONE INGLESE DI CALCIO

Antonio Caliendo, ex azionista maggioritario del Queens Park Rangers Football Club, ha presentato un esposto al presidente della federazione calcio inglese David Triesman al fine di accertare che il passaggio della maggioranza delle azioni del club inglese al signor Flavio Briatore, nell’agosto 2007, sia avvenuto nella massima legalità e trasparenza. L’esposto si aggiunge all’azione legale già intrapresa da Caliendo nei confronti dello studio Mischon del Reya attraverso l’avvocato Charles Fussell e dal Barrister Steven Gee per verificare un eventuale frode ai suoi danni.

Antonio Caliendo asks the English FA to launch a formal inquiry

Antonio Caliendo,former majority shareholder at Queens Park Rangers has written FA President David Triesman,asking him to launch a formal inquiry into circumstances surrounding the transfer of his shares to Flavio Briatore in August 2007.

Mr. Caliendo has asked the FA to investigate wether the transfer was done in a proper, legal and transparant manner.The inquiry by the FA will add to the legal action undertaken by Caliendo vs.the legal firm Mischon del Reya and currently conducted by his attorney Charles Fussell and Barrister Steven Gee to investigate the possibility of fraud.
